Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use exotictouchdetailing.com or book a service with Exotic Touch Detailing LLC ("Exotic Touch," "we," "us"). By booking, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

• Online and instant quotes are estimates based on what you tell us about your vehicle. Prices on the site are starting prices.
• The final price is confirmed when we see the vehicle. Heavy pet hair, stains, odors, sand, mold, biohazards (vomit, bodily fluids, etc.) or paint condition that differs from the description may add to the price. We'll tell you before doing extra work.
• Boat and RV prices depend on size and condition; very large units are priced in person.
• Discounts and special offers can't be combined unless we say so.

Your appointment

• We're mobile. Exterior services need access to a working water spigot and a power outlet at the service address; interior-only services need power. Please confirm you have permission to have the work done at that location (for example, at an apartment or workplace).
• Please remove valuables and personal items before we arrive. We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Boats must be out of the water, on a trailer or blocks.
• If we can't access the vehicle, water or power at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule.

Rescheduling, cancellations and weather

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Some appointments, such as ceramic coatings, may require a deposit; we'll tell you when booking if one applies. If weather makes it unsafe or impractical to work, we'll reschedule with you at no charge.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is complete unless we agree otherwise. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, tap-to-pay, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. We do not accept checks.

Results and vehicle condition

• Detailing improves a vehicle's condition but can't undo all wear. Some stains, odors, scratches, rock chips, oxidation and interior damage can't be fully removed.
• Paint correction removes a portion of swirls and scratches — not every defect. Deep scratches that go through the clear coat can't be polished out.
• Pre-existing damage — such as failing clear coat, loose trim, worn upholstery, previous repairs or aftermarket parts — can be affected by normal cleaning, and we aren't responsible for it.

Ceramic coatings

• Coating prices are for the coating only. Paint correction is a separate service.
• The 3-, 5- and 10-year terms describe expected protection with proper care. Results depend on washing habits, storage, climate and driving conditions.
• Coatings resist light marring, chemicals and UV, but they are not scratch-proof or chip-proof and don't replace regular washing.
• Avoid washing the vehicle for 7 days after a coating is applied.

Concerns about your service

If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible at (804) 657-4204 or info@exotictouchdetailing.com, with photos if you can. We'll review it and work with you to make it right.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Photos

We may photograph vehicles before and after service for our records and to show our work. Tell us if you'd rather we not post photos of your vehicle.

By giving us your phone number you agree to receive texts about your quote and appointments. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
